参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮对室性期前收缩患者心电图指标的影响

Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Propardone on ECG of Patients with Premature Ventricular Beats

目的:探析参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮对室性期前收缩患者心电图指标的影响。方法:取2017年6月-2020年2月本院收治的78例室性期前收缩患者为研究对象,以就诊顺序分组,对照组和观察组各39例。对照组服用普罗帕酮联合复方丹参片治疗,观察组采用普罗帕酮联合参松养心胶囊服用,观察两组的心电图指标及临床症状效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者的室性期前收缩次数、总心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的室性期前收缩次数、总心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的动态心电图及临床症状改善率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮治疗室性期前收缩临床效果显著,可有效改善心悸、胸闷等相关症状,促使患者心率恢复正常,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Propafenone on ECG indexes of patients with premature ventricular beat.Method:A total of 78 cases of patients with premature ventricular beat in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Propafenone combined with Compound Danshen Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Propafenone combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule.The ECG indexes and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of premature ventricular contraction and heart rate between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the number of premature ventricular contraction and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the improvement rates of dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Propafenone in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction is significant,which can effectively improve palpitation,chest tightness and other related symptoms,and promote the heart rate of patients to return to normal,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
