降甲木法治疗非小细胞肺癌相关性咳嗽的效果

Effect of Jiangjiamu in the Treatment of Cough Associated with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:研究降甲木法治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)相关性咳嗽的效果及安全性。方法:选取宜宾市第二人民医院2019年2-6月病理确诊的NSCLC且伴有咳嗽症状的88例患者。随机分为可待因组(28例,磷酸可待因片治疗)、降甲木组(30例,降甲木治疗)、联合组(30例,磷酸可待因片联合降甲木治疗)。分析三组疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、咳嗽频率、不良反应情况。结果:联合组治疗有效率高于可待因组和降甲木组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可待因组与降甲木组治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组VAS评分与咳嗽频率均低于降甲木组和可待因组(P<0.01)。降甲木组不良反应发生率最低。结论:降甲木疗效与磷酸可待因疗效相当,降甲木与磷酸可待因联合治疗可显著缓解NSCLC相关性咳嗽症状,同时减少磷酸可待因的相关副反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Jiangjiamu in the treatment of cough associated with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Method:A total of 88 cases of patients with pathologically diagnosed NSCLC and accompanied by cough were selected from February to June 2019 in The Second People’s Hospital of Yibin,and randomly divided into the Codeine group (28 cases,treated with Codeine Phosphate Tablets),Jiangjiamu group (30 cases,treated with Jiangjiamu),the combination group (30 cases,Jiangjiamu combined with Codeine Phosphate Tablets).The efficacy,visual analog scale (VAS),cough frequency and side effects of the three groups were evaluated.Result:The effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the Codeine group and the Jiangjiamu group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the Codeine group and the Jiangjiamu group (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and cough frequency in the combined group were lower than those in the Jiangjiamu group and the Codeine group (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Jiangjiamu group was the lowest.Conclusion:The efficacy of Jiangjiamu on containing cough is identical to that of Codeine Phosphate.Jiangjiamu combined with Codeine phosphate can relieve cough symptoms associated with NSCLC and decrease the incidence of adverse reaction of Codeine.
