血清胱抑素C联合尿微量白蛋白检测对早期肾功能损害的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum Cystatin C Combined with Urinary Microalbumin in Early Renal Impairment

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)联合尿微量白蛋白(mALB)检测对早期肾功能损害的诊断价值。方法:纳入本院2018年7月-2020年7月收治的早期肾功能损害患者30例作为研究组;纳入同期本院收治的高血压患者30例作为高血压组;纳入同期健康体检人群30例作为对照组。对比三组mALB、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、CysC水平。结果:高血压组及研究组mALB、Scr、BUN、CysC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组mALB、Scr、BUN、CysC水平高于高血压组(P<0.05)。研究组Scr、BUN检出率显著低于mALB联合CysC诊断的检出率(P<0.05)。结论:CysC联合mALB检测可以有效地检测出早期肾功能损害,且诊断价值较高,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C (CysC) combined with urinary microalbumin (mALB) in early renal impairment.Method:A total of 30 patients with early renal impairment admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were set as the study group,30 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital during the same period were set as the hypertension group.A total of 30 healthy physical examination subjects were included in the same period and set as the control group.The levels of mALB,serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and CysC were detected in the three groups were compared.Result:The levels of mALB,Scr,BUN and CysC in the hypertension group and the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of mALB,Scr,BUN and CysC in the study group were higher than those in the hypertension group (P<0.05).In the study group,the detection rate of Scr and BUN were significantly lower than the detection rate of mALB combined with CysC (P<0.05).Conclusion:CysC combined with mALB can effectively detect early renal impairment,and the diagnostic value is high,which is worthy of promotion.
