急救护理路径对严重创伤患者的急救价值

The Value of Emergency Nursing Path for Patients with Severe Trauma

目的:探究急救护理路径对严重创伤患者的急救价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1月-2019年1月救治的300例严重创伤患者为研究对象。将2016年1月-2017年12月收治的150例患者设为常规组,将2018年1月-2019年1月收治的150例患者设为路径组。常规组采取常规急救护理措施,路径组采取急救护理路径措施。比较两组并发症发生率、早期病死率、绿色通道停留时间与相关辅助检查时间,并比较两组护理人员管理风险护理质量。结果:路径组并发症发生率为10.67%,早期病死率为8.67%,均低于常规组的19.33%、16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。路径组绿色通道停留时间、相关科室人员到达时间、抽血及其他检查时间、急诊室停留时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。路径组护理人员管理风险护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急救护理路径可降低患者早期病死率,减少并发症的发生;不仅能提高护理人员管理风险护理质量,还能缩短绿色通道停留时间及相关辅助检查时间,从而有效挽救患者的生命。

Objective:To explore the value of emergency nursing path for patients with severe trauma.Method:A total of 300 patients with severe trauma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 150 patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2017 were set as the routine group,and the 150 patients admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were set as the path group.The routine group took routine emergency nursing measures,and the path group took emergency nursing path measures.The complications rate,early fatality rate,residence time in green channel and relevant auxiliary examination time were compared between the two groups.The nursing quality score of nursing staff management risk was compared between the two groups.Result:The complication rate and early fatality rate in the path group were 10.67% and 8.67%,which were lower than 19.33% and 16.67% in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The residence time in green channel,arrival time of personnel in related departments,time for blood drawing and other examinations,and residence time in emergency room in the path group were all shorter than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing quality score of nursing staff management risk in the path group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing path can reduce the early fatality rate of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.It can not only improve the nursing staff management risk nursing quality,but also shorten the residence time in green channel and relevant auxiliary examination time,so as to effectively save the lives of patients.
