摘要
目的:分析互动健康教育护理模式对小儿肺炎的临床效果及护理满意度的影响。方法:通过随机抽签的方式,从本院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的小儿肺炎患儿中选取106例作为本次研究对象,以双盲选法将其平均分为对照组和研究组,各53例。在护理模式方面,对照组统一开展常规护理,研究组则全部选择互动健康教育护理模式进行护理,比较两组患儿护理后的临床疗效、满意度及康复情况。结果:护理后,研究组临床疗效总有效率及护理总满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时其临床症状消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿肺炎采用互动健康教育护理模式不仅可以显著提升其临床治疗效果,还可以有效加快患儿康复进程,对提高临床护理满意度具有积极作用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of interactive health education nursing model on the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of children with pneumonia.Method:By random lottery in our hospital during June 2019 to June 2020 were in children with infantile pneumonia,they were selected as the research object by double-blind choose method,106 cases children were average divided into the control group and the research group,53 cases in each group.In terms of nursing mode,the control group carried out routine nursing,while the research group used interactive health education and nursing model.The clinical efficacy,satisfaction rate and recovery of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and length of stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with pneumonia,interactive health education nursing model can not only bring significant improvement to the clinical treatment effect,but also can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of children,and has a positive effect on improving the clinical nursing satisfaction.
