优质护理干预应用于新生儿黄疸护理中的效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Neonatal Jaundice

目的:分析优质护理干预应用于新生儿黄疸护理中的效果。方法:选取2019年1-6月本院儿科收治的新生儿黄疸患儿65例作为对照组,2019年7-12月本院儿科收治的新生儿黄疸患儿65例作为观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理。对比两组症状改善时间、黄疸指数、高胆红素血症发生率、纯母乳喂养率、护理满意度、体重变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组症状改善时间、黄疸指数水平、高胆红素血症发生率及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体重、纯母乳喂养率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预对于改善新生儿黄疸的临床疗效具有积极影响,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with neonatal jaundice.Method:A total of 65 patients with neonatal jaundice from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and 65 patients with neonatal jaundice from July to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received high-quality nursing.The symptom improvement time,jaundice indexes,incidence of hyperbilirubinemia,rate of exclusive breastfeeding,nursing satisfaction,body mass and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The symptom improvement time,jaundice indexes,incidence of hyperbilirubinemia and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The body mass,rate of exclusive breastfeeding,nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing could increase treatment effect of patients with neonatal jaundice,which is worth to be spread.
