QCC活动下颜色标识法在手术室精密器械管理中的应用探究

Application of Color Marking Method under QCC Activities for Precision Instruments Management in Operating Room

目的:探究品管圈(QCC)活动下颜色标识法管理手术室精密器械的应用效果。方法:2019年1-6月对手术室精密仪器实施常规管理方法。2019年7-12月对手术室精密仪器实施QCC活动下颜色标识法管理。比较实施QCC管理前后手术室精密器械不合格率、分发差错率、医生对器械准备和护士配合的满意度、团队凝聚力评分。结果:实施QCC管理后,手术室精密器械不合格率和分发差错率均低于QCC管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施QCC管理后,医生对于器械准备和手术室护士配合满意度评分均高于QCC管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施QCC管理后,团队沟通能力和工作积极性评分均高于QCC实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室精密器械实施QCC活动下颜色标识法管理能够提升团队凝聚力,提高手术室精密器械的维护质量和医生满意度,较常规管理制度的管理效果显著,值得在医疗器械维护中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of color marking method under quality control circle (QCC) activities for precision instruments management in operating room.Method:From January to June 2019,routine management methods for precision instruments in operating room was implemented.From July to December 2019,color marking method under QCC activities for precision instruments management in operating room was implemented.The unqualified rate of precision instruments in the operating room,the distribution error rate,the satisfaction of doctors on device preparation and nurse cooperation,and team cohesion score were compared before and after the implementation of QCC management.Result:After the implementation of QCC management,the unqualified rate of precision instruments and distribution error rate were both lower than those before QCC management,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC management,doctors’ satisfaction scores of device preparation and nurse cooperation were higher than those before QCC management,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC management,the scores of team communication ability and working enthusiasm were significantly higher than before the implementation of QCC,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of color marking method under QCC activities for precision instruments in operating room can enhance team cohesion,improve maintenance quality of precision instruments in the operating room and doctors’ satisfaction.Compared with the routine management system,the management effect is more significant.It is worthy of promotion and application in medical instruments maintenance.
