Ghrelin与功能性消化不良患者近端胃功能的相关研究

A Study on Correlation between Ghrelin and Proximal Stomach Function in Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者Ghrelin水平与近端胃功能的关系。方法:选取2016-2018年本院功能性消化不良患者60例纳入FD组,健康体检者60例纳入对照组,37℃温水负荷试验测定FD组及对照组的胃感觉容积,采用ELISA分析法分别检测所有研究对象血浆及胃黏膜中的Ghrelin水平。结果:FD患者的胃感知阈值和胃不适阈值均低于对照组(P<0.05),FD组患者血浆及胃黏膜中的Ghrelin水平均较对照组明显低(P<0.05),且空腹血浆及胃黏膜中的Ghrelin水平呈正相关。血浆Ghrelin水平与胃感知阈值及胃不适阈值呈正相关。结论:Ghrelin在血浆及胃黏膜中的下降可能为FD的发病机制之一,Ghrelin与FD患者近端胃功能有关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation of Ghrelin and proximal stomach function in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Method:Sixty patients with FD from 2016 to 2018 in our hospital were enrolled as the FD group,and sixty healthy subjects were recruited as the control group.Gastric sensation threshold and gastric discomfort threshold were monitored in the FD group and the control group by drinking 37℃water load test.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to examine the level of serum Ghrelin and gastric mucosa Ghrelin.Result:The level of gastric sensation threshold and gastric discomfort threshold in the FD group were lower than those in the control group(P<O.05).The level of serum Ghrelin and gastric mucosa Ghrelin in the FD group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum Ghrelin and gastric mucosa Ghrelin.There was a positive correlation between gastric sensation threshold and gastric discomfort threshold and serum Ghrelin.Conclusion:Declining level of serum Ghrelin and gastric mucosa Ghrelin maybe one of mechanism in FD.There is a correlation between Ghrelin and proximal stomach function in FD.
