Comparison of the Effects of Cervical Balloon Catheter and Dinoprostone Suppository in Promoting Cervical Ripening during Labor Induction

目的:比较子宫颈球囊导管和地诺前列酮栓在引产中促宫颈成熟的效果。方法:选取本院在2019年4月-2020年6月有引产指征的126例孕妇作为研究对象,按照引产前促宫颈成熟方式分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组使用地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟,观察组使用子宫颈球囊导管促宫颈成熟。对比两组促宫颈成熟总有效率、总产程及并发症情况。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率明显高于对照组,且其总产程显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用子宫颈球囊导管在引产中能够起到较为明显的促宫颈成熟效果,且在临床上能显著缩短总产程,效果显著。

Objective:To compare the effects of cervical balloon catheter and Dinoprostone Suppository in promoting cervical ripening during labor induction.Method:A total of 126 pregnant women who were indicated for labor induction in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of promoting cervical ripening before labor induction,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group used Dinoprostone Suppository to promote cervical ripening,and the observation group used cervical balloon catheters to promote cervical ripening.The total effective rate of promoting cervical ripening,total stage of labor and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of promoting cervical ripening in the observation group to promote cervical ripening was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total stage of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of a cervical balloon catheter in the induction of labor can achieve a more obvious effect of promoting cervical ripening,and clinically can significantly shorten the total stage of labor,the effect is remarkable.
