替吉奥在消化道肿瘤患者化疗中的应用及预后

Application and Prognosis of Tegafur in Chemotherapy for Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的:分析口服替吉奥进行化疗治疗对消化道肿瘤患者生存质量与药副反应发生情况的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2020年2月收治的165例消化道肿瘤患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法分为对照组(80例)和研究组(85例)。对照组采用常规化疗,研究组在常规化疗基础上口服替吉奥进行化疗。对比两组无进展生存期、疾病控制、生存质量评分、药副反应发生情况。结果:对照组无进展生存期为(2.91±0.68)个月,明显短于研究组的无进展生存期(4.92±0.73)个月(P<0.05),研究组疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生存质量良好率、较好率均高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组生存质量评分均增高,研究组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组药副反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规化疗治疗的效果相比,采用口服替吉奥进行化疗治疗消化道肿瘤,能有效延长患者的无进展生存期,提升疾病控制率,提高患者的生存质量,并且该药物的使用并未增加反而减少了药副反应,具有较高的用药安全性。

Objective:To analyze the application and prognosis of tegafur in chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Method:In our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020,165 cases with gastrointestinal cancer were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the study group(85 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with oral Tegafur chemotherapy on the basis of conventional chemotherapy.The progression free survival,disease control,quality of life score and drug side effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The progression free survival in the control group was(2.91±0.68)months,which was shorter than(4.92±0.73)months of the study group(P<0.05),and the disease control rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate and good rate of the quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups increased after treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of drug side effects in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compares with the effect of conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer,Tegafur can effectively prolong the progression free survival of patients,improve the disease control rate,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the use of the drug does not increase,but reduces the side effects,with high drug safety.
