提高家庭功能与社会支持的护理干预对甲状腺癌患者生存质量及心理的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention to Improve Family Function and Social Support on Quality of Life and Psychology of Patients with Thyroid Cancer

目的:探讨提高患者家庭功能与社会支持的护理干预对甲状腺癌患者生存质量及心理的影响。方法:选择2019年1月1日-2020年1月31日在本院住院的甲状腺癌患者90例,以信封法随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组予心理支持,包括协调家属亲友间的亲密合作、建立良好护患关系、合理使用心理疗法、提供医学护理信息、解答疑虑等。观察组增加提高家庭功能与社会支持的护理干预。干预前后采用生存质量测定量表、Zung焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)自评量表,对两组患者生存质量、SAS和SDS进行评分,对所得数据采用SPSS 23.0统计学软件进行分析,比较两组患者护理干预的效果。结果:干预前两组生存质量、SAS和SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组生活质量各领域评分均显著高于对照组,而SAS和SDS评分则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提高患者家庭功能与社会支持的护理干预可提高甲状腺癌患者的生存质量及心理素质。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention to improve family function and social support on the quality of life and psychology of patients with thyroid cancer.Method:Ninety patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 1,2019 to January 31,2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological support,it included coordinating the close cooperation between relatives and friends,establishing a good nurse patient relationship,using psychotherapy reasonably,providing medical nursing information,answering doubts and so on.The observation group added nursing intervention to improve family function and social support.Quality of life scale,Zung anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)self rating scale were used before and after the intervention.The quality of life,SAS and SDS of the two groups were evaluated.The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in quality of life,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention to improve family function and social support can improve the quality of life and psychological quality of patients with thyroid cancer.
