快速康复外科联合延续性护理对脑出血患者的影响

Effect of Fast Track Surgery Combined with Continuous Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨快速康复外科联合延续性护理对脑出血患者的影响。方法:选取2018年2-8月收治的脑出血患者118例。随机分为对照组和研究组,各59例。对照组采用常规护理及出院后常规随访,研究组使用快速康复外科,在出院后实施延续性护理。观察比较两组相关康复指标水平、两组干预前后不同时间日常生活能力(ADL)评分、NIHSS评分、运动功能(FMA)评分。结果:研究组并发症发生率、住院费用比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组住院时长比对照组短(P<0.05)。干预后不同时间研究组ADL评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。干预前和出院时两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后3个月研究组NIHSS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后不同时间研究组FMA评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:给予脑出血患者使用快速康复外科联合延续性护理,可显著提高患者的ADL评分,促进功能康复,降低NIHSS评分,改善患者的脑神经损伤情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fast track surgery combined with continuous nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 118 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from February to August 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care and routine follow-up after discharge,while the study group was treated with fast track surgery and continuous nursing after discharge.The related rehabilitation indexes,the activity of daily living(ADL)scores,the NIHSS scores,fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)scores at different time before and after the intervention were observed and compared.Result:The incidence of complication and hospitalization expenses of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score of the study group at different time points after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NIHSS scores between the two groups before intervention and at discharge(P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the study group 3 months after discharge was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FMA scores of the study group at different time after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fast track surgery combined with continuous nursing can significantly improve the ADL score,improve the functional recovery,reduce the NIHSS score and improve the cerebral nerve injury.
