补肾活血方对老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期隐性失血的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on Perioperative Recessive Blood Loss of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur in Senile Patients

目的:分析在老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期实施补肾活血方治疗对其隐性失血的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年6月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的70例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。两组均接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合补肾活血方治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:术后第1、4天,两组隐性失血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天,观察组隐性失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期实施补肾活血方治疗可有效降低隐性失血量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the recessive blood loss of senile intertrochanteric fracture during perioperative period.Method:A total of 70 patients with intertrochanteric fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA),and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of PFNA.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:On postoperative day 1 and 4,there was no significant difference in the amount of recessive blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the amount of recessive blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the perioperative treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture can effectively reduce the amount of recessive blood loss and has high clinical application value.
