性激素补充疗法在更年期妇女保健治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Sex Hormone Supplementation Therapy on Health Care of Menopausal Women

目的:分析在更年期妇女保健治疗中应用性激素补充疗法的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月在笔者所在医院接受保健治疗的150例更年期妇女,将其随机分为两组,对照组(75例)实施常规保健,研究组(75例)基于常规保健实施性激素补充疗法,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:治疗后研究组促卵泡激素水平、黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组更年期症状评分量表(Kupperman)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组更年期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在更年期妇女保健治疗中应用性激素补充疗法不仅可以控制雌激素,还可以改善更年期症状,缓解焦虑情绪,使患者生存质量提高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sex hormone supplementation therapy on health care of menopausal women.Method:A total of 150 menopausal women receiving healthcare treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(75 cases)received routine healthcare,and the study group(75 cases)received sex hormone supplementation therapy based on routine healthcare.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menopausal symptom scale(Kupperman)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menopausal quality of life scale(MENQOL)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sex hormone supplementation therapy in the health care of menopausal women can not only control estrogen,but also improve the symptoms of menopause,relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients.
