铁路通信、信号、信息、电力、电力牵引供电工程定额涵盖范围广,技术含量高,工程复杂,与公路、城市轨道交通、电力、通信等行业定额相比,在子目设置、工作内容等方面有相同或类似之处,但消耗量水平却有所差别。本文通过铁路"四电"工程定额与相关行业定额子目间消耗量、定额基价的对比研究,从新的角度考量铁路"四电"工程定额消耗量水平,为铁路"四电"工程定额消耗量的合理确定提供重要参考依据。
