京广铁路K999+188柳林钢梁桥改刚构桥技术方案比选

摘要 京广线K999+188钢梁桥为双线3×24m上承式钢板梁铁路桥,随着使用年限的增加,该桥暴露出质量状态老化、病害隐患增多等问题。针对该桥浅基病害等问题,充分考虑铁路现状及建设条件,提出3种改造方案,从使用功能、结构耐久性等方面进行比选,对各方案水文条件和基础冲刷安全性进行评估,确定钢梁桥改刚构桥为最优方案,有效解决桥梁浅基病害以及钢梁桥设备病害问题,保障京广铁路运输安全,提高投资效益,实现节支降耗,提质增效目标。 The K999+188 steel girder bridge of Beijing-Guangzhou railway line is a double-track 3×24 m steel plate girder railway bridge. With the increasement of service life,the bridge exposes the problems of aging quality and increasing hidden dangers of diseases. Aiming at the problems of shallow foundation diseases of the bridge and considering the current situation and construction conditions of the railway,three reconstruction schemes are put forward.The comparison and selection are carried out from the aspects of using function and structural durability. The hydrological conditions and foundation scouring safety of each scheme are evaluated. The steel beam bridge to rigid frame bridge is determined as the optimal scheme,which effectively solves the problems of shallow foundation diseases of the bridge and the diseases of steel beam bridge equipment. It also ensures the safety of Beijing-Guangzhou railway transportation,improves the investment returns,saves the expenditure and reduces the consumption to improve quality and increase efficiency.
