摘要
铁路隧道二次衬砌是保证铁路隧道安全运营的重要结构,二次衬砌质量一旦出现问题,将直接影响隧道的使用功能,甚至对后期运营安全埋下隐患。通过系统分析隧道衬砌混凝土强度不足、渗漏水、开裂掉块、背后脱空等隧道衬砌质量缺陷及发生的原因,从混凝土原材料、衬砌台车、养护台车、衬砌施工质量控制、养护作业等方面,提出了提高隧道衬砌质量的措施,以期为提高隧道衬砌质量提供一定思路。
The secondary lining of railway tunnel is the structural system to ensure the operation safety of railway tunnel. Once there is a problem in the quality of secondary lining,the use function of the tunnel will be affected directly,even hidden dangers to the later operation safety. Through the systematic analysis of the tunnel lining quality flaw and the occurrence reason, such as concrete strength insufficiency,the seepage water,the crack falls the block,the back cavity,etc. The measures to improve the quality of tunnel lining are put forward,from the aspects of concrete raw materials,lining trolley, maintenance trolley, lining construction quality control, maintenance operation, etc. The research conclusion can provide some ideas for improving the quality of tunnel lining.
