补肾活血汤配合常规药物治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的Meta分析

Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血汤)Combined with Conventiona lDrugs in the Treatment of Postmenopausal 0steoporosis:A Meta-Analysis

目的:系统评价补肾活血汤配合常规药物治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索中、英文数据库(CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed NEW、Google schloar、Embase、Cochrane Libarary),手动检索相关期刊,检索时间自建库到2020年5月1日。由两名独立的研究者按纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,12项研究,1181例患者。Meta分析显示,试验组在改善腰椎骨密度[SMD=1.22,95%CI(0.62,1.81),Z=4.00,P<0.0001]、提高总有效率[OR=3.45,95%CI(2.23,5.33),Z=5.57,P<0.00001]、降低视觉模拟评分(VAS)[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.71,-0.06),Z=2.10,P=0.04]、降低血清骨钙素(BGP)[MD=-2.89,95%CI(-4.60,-1.17),Z=3.30,P=0.0010]、减少不良反应[OR=0.24,95%CI(0.09,0.63),Z=2.87,P=0.004]方面均优于对照组。结论:补肾活血汤配合常规药物治疗PMOP,可通过减少骨量丢失、增加骨密度、缓解疼痛,从而有效治疗本病,并且不良反应少、安全性较高。但因为纳入文献质量与研究水平等原因,亟需进一步深入研究。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods:Chinese and English databases(CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,Pubmed NEW,Google schloar,Embase,Cochrane Libarary)were searched according to computer and related journals were manually searched.The search time was from self-built database to May 1st 2020.The two independent researchers screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies,and then used RevMan5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results:This article included 11 articles,a total of 12 groups of studies,including 1181 patients.According to meta analysis,Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional drugs showed better effect than control group on improving lumbar spine bone density[SMD=1.22,95%CI(0.62,1.81),Z=4.00,P<0.0001],increasing total effective rate[OR=3.45,95%CI(2.23,5.33),Z=5.57,P<0.00001],and reducing visual analogue scoring(VAS)[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.71,-0.06),Z=2.10,P=0.04],serum osteocalcin(BGP)[MD=-2.89,95%CI(-4.60,-1.17),Z=3.30,P=0.0010]and adverse reactions[OR=0.24,95%CI(0.09,0.63),Z=2.87,P=0.004].Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional drugs can effectively treat PMOP by reducing bone loss,increasing bone density and relieving pain.Moreover,the treatment cycle is shortened,the adverse reactions are few,the administration is convenient and the safety is high.However,due to the quality of the included literature and research level,etc.,in-depth study is urgently needed.
