摘要
基于CIPP模型,对中医药高等教育人才培养体系进行了综合分析,通过九标度法和百分权重法对中医药高等教育人才培养模型进行综合评价,为加强中医药人才队伍建设,中医药院校科学有效地培养培养更多优秀的中医药人才提供参考。
Based on CIPP model, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the talent training system of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine, and comprehensively evaluates the talent training model of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine through nine scale method and percentage weight method, so as to provide reference for strengthening the construction of talent team of traditional Chinese medicine and training more excellent talents of traditional Chinese medicine scientifically and effectively in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
