打叶后不同片型片烟所在烟叶区位溯源分析 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】分析打叶后不同片型片烟所在的烟叶区位,为不同片型片烟色度值及化学成分含量存在差异的原因提供直接证据。【方法】选择云烟87 C3F初烤烟叶作为试验对象,先将完整烟叶分切成11个区位(叶基、叶尖,以及近叶基、叶中、近叶尖的近主脉、近中、近叶缘各3个区位),再利用叶片振动分选机对打叶后片烟进行筛分,得到5种不同片型的片烟样品(大片、中片、小片、碎片和碎末);分析不同片型片烟和烟叶不同区位色度值L^(*)(明度值)、a^(*)(红度值)、b^(*)(黄度值)、△E(总色差值)及常规化学成分质量分数的变化,并通过聚类分析推测不同片型片烟所处的烟叶区位。【结果】①对于不同片型片烟和烟叶的不同区位,4个色度指标及6项常规化学成分质量分数均存在显著差异和规律性变化趋势。②通过色度值和常规化学成分的聚类分析结果可以推测,打叶后的大中片主要来自烟叶的叶中和近叶尖部分,小片主要来自于近叶基的近中、近主脉2个区位,碎片主要来自于近叶基的近叶缘和叶尖2个区位,而碎末则主要来自于叶基部分。【结论】在打叶过程中,不同尺寸片烟的产生并不是随机的来自烟叶的每个区位,而是在一定程度上受到烟叶自身的形态特征和不同区位物理加工特性的影响呈现出一定的规律性。 [Objective]This study analyzes the locations of strips with different chip types after threshing in order to provide direct evidence for the differences in the color values and chemical components of strips with different chip types.[Method]Yunyan87 C3F flue-cured tobacco was selected as research objects.First,the whole tobacco leaves were divided into 11 locations(leaf base,leaf tip,near main vein,near middle and near leaf margin of near leaf base,middle and near leaf tip).After that,the strips were threshed and then screened using a blade vibratory separator,and five strips with different chip types were obtained(large patch,medium patch,small patch,fragment and crumble).Then,the differences and variations of color values L^(*)(lightness value),a^(*)(redness value),b^(*)(yellowness value),△E(total chromatic aberration)and routine chemical components in strips with different chip types and different locations of tobacco leaves were analyzed.Finally,cluster analysis was carried out to speculate the locations of strips with different chip types.[Results]1)For strips with different chip types and different locations of tobacco leaves,there were significant differences and regular trends in the four color indexes and six routine chemical components contents.2)It could be inferred from the results of cluster analysis of color values and routine chemical components that the large and medium strips after threshing mainly come from the middle and near tip of tobacco leaves,the small strips mainly come from the near middle and near main vein of near leaf base,the fragments mainly come from the near leaf margin of near leaf base and the leaf tip,and the crumbs mainly come from the base of tobacco leaves.[Conclusion]During the threshing process,the production of strips with different sizes is not randomly from each location of the tobacco leaf,but is affected to a certain extent by the morphological characteristics of the tobacco leaf and the physical processing characteristics in different locations,showing certain regularity.
