Research on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification under Situational Learning

摘要 高新颖性和高价值性的创业机会很难被有效识别,本文通过文本分析和文献梳理等方法研究情境学习视角下创业机会识别机理。研究表明,情境学习视角下创业机会的本质是关于创业的知识;情境学习下创业机会识别的具体路径为:创业者在实践共同体中通过“合法的边缘性参与”“身份构建”建立合法有效的创业身份来适应创业情境变化,降低不确定性,获取创业知识,利用创业警觉性和实践共同体思辨识别创业知识中潜藏的创业机会。 Entrepreneurial opportunities with high novelty and high value are difficult to be effectively identified.This paper studies the identification mechanism of entrepreneurial opportunities from the perspective of situational learning through text analysis and literature reading.The research shows that the essence of entrepreneurial opportunity is entrepreneurial knowledge,and situational learning refers to the process of entrepreneurs acquiring entrepreneurial knowledge through interactive learning with entrepreneurial environment and community of practice.Entrepreneurs identify entrepreneurial opportunities through situational learning.The specific path of this process is that entrepreneurs accumulate entrepreneurial knowledge through interaction with the entrepreneurial environment and"legal marginal participation" in the community of practice.In addition,"identity construction" establishes an effective entrepreneur identity to adapt to changes in entrepreneurial situations,efficiently acquires and develops entrepreneurial knowledge,and identifies potential entrepreneurial opportunities in entrepreneurial knowledge under the speculation of entrepreneurs and the community of practice.This research not only enriches the mechanism of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities,but also breaks through the existing entrepreneurial learning methods.
