摘要
目的观察分析氯化锂促进大鼠牙周组织缺损修复的实验效果。方法将25只SD大鼠随机分为5组(每组5只),构建大鼠急性牙周缺损模型。采取腹腔注射氯化锂及缺损处放置氯化锂明胶海绵两种给药方式,并在牙周缺损表面覆盖Guidor?可吸收基质膜。术后4周取材制作组织学切片,光镜下观察牙周组织缺损修复情况,测量各组缺损区域新生牙槽骨面积。结果腹腔氯化锂组、明胶海绵氯化锂组相对于各自对照组(腹腔生理盐水组和明胶海绵生理盐水组),在缺损区域均可观察到明显较多的新生骨小梁组织形成及新生血管生成。各组间新生牙槽骨面积比较,腹腔氯化锂组相对于空白对照组(仅覆盖Guidor?可吸收基质膜)及腹腔生理盐水组,明胶海绵氯化锂组相对于空白对照组及明胶海绵生理盐水组,结果差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);腹腔氯化锂组与明胶海绵氯化锂组之间,结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论氯化锂腹腔注射和局部给药两种方式均能在促进大鼠牙周组织缺损特别是牙槽骨缺损修复中取得显著效果,并能促进局部区域新生血管生成。
Objective To investigate the effect of lithium chloride on the restoration of periodontal defects in SD rats.Methods Periodontal fenestration defects in SD rat model was constructed. The rats were randomly divided into five groups(n = 5),and two methods of administration were used,including intraperitoneal lithium chloride injection and gelatin sponge lithium chloride implantation. Effects of new alveolar bone formation on periodontal tissue defects of each group were compared separately by histological observation. Results Both local(Gelatin sponge lithium chloride group)and systemic administration(Intraperitoneal saline injection group)of lithium chloride significantly increased the new alveolar bone formation in the periodontal fenestration defects of SD rats when the results compared with other three control groups(no lithium)(P < 0.05),and the neovascularization was also observed in both two groups. There were no significant differences of the results between the two different delivery methods(local vs intraperitoneal injection)(P >0.05). Conclusion Both intraperitoneal injection and gelatin sponge lithium chloride implantation can significantly enhance the new alveolar bone formation and neovascularization of periodontal defects in SD rats.
