支撑云-群-端协同调度的多能园区虚拟电厂:研发与应用 被引量:39

Research and Application of Park-level Multi-energy Virtual Power Plants Supporting Cloud-Cluster-End Multi-level Synergetic Dispatch

摘要 虚拟电厂技术挖掘并利用了各类分布式资源的灵活调节能力,是提高电网安全水平、降低用户用能成本、促进新能源消纳的重要措施。在能源互联网环境下,虚拟电厂面临分布式资源主体众多且特性各异、不确定性强、各地电网需求多样化等技术挑战。文中基于云边协同的信息架构,设计了云-群-端递阶协同的多能虚拟电厂调度技术框架,研究并提出了面向特性各异分布式资源的调控能力标准化建模方法、日前鲁棒聚合和日内滚动修正衔接的虚拟电厂在线等值技术、考虑差异化调峰需求的虚拟电厂-电网交互调度模式等多项实用化关键技术,设计并开发了面向园区的虚拟电厂调度模块,并在多个工程现场实际运行。以中国北京某多能园区的场景分析为例,证明了所提方法的实用性和模块的通用性。 Virtual power plants exploit and utilize the flexibility of various types of distributed resources.It is an important measure to improve the safety of the power grid,reduce energy consumption costs for users,and reduce the curtailment of renewable energy.Under the environment of Energy Internet,virtual power plants are faced with technical challenges such as heterogeneous resources with multi-management body,strong uncertainty,and diversified power grid requirements in different regions.Based on the cloud-edge synergetic architecture,this paper designs a cloud-cluster-end hierarchical collaborative dispatch framework for multi-energy virtual power plants.This paper proposes some practical key technologies such as standardized modeling methods for the flexibility of heterogeneous distributed resources,online equivalent technology with day-ahead robust aggregation and intraday rolling modification method,and an interaction model for the virtual power plant and the upper power grid with diversified peak regulation requests considered.This paper designs and develops a dispatch module for park-level virtual power plants,which is applied in several engineering practical projects.The practicability of the proposed method and the universality of the modules are proven according to a case study for a real multi-energy park in Beijing of China.
