摘要
以4004/3003/4004(434)复合板的芯材3003铝合金成分为基础进行优化,提高Si、Cu、Mg元素的含量,研发出新型的4004/309/4004铝合金复合板.采用电子万能试验机、三维原子探针等方法对工业化生产的新型铝合金复合板与常用的434铝合金复合板进行性能检测和比较.结果表明:钎焊前与钎焊后,新型复合板比常规434铝合金复合板的强度更高,并且新型复合板经高温钎焊后具有可时效强化效应,材料随着高温钎焊后的停放时间延长,强度得到进一步的提高.
Based on the 3003 aluminum alloy composition of the core material of the 4004/3003/4004(434)composite plate,the new4004/309/4004 aluminum alloy composite plate was developed by optimizing and increasing the contents of Si,Cu and Mg elements.The properties of the new aluminum alloy composite plate manufactured by industrial method and the common 434 aluminum alloy composite plate were tested and compared by means of electronic universal testing machine and three-dimensional atomic probe.The results show that the strength of the new composite plate is higher than that of common 434 aluminum alloy composite plate before and after brazing,and the new composite plate has the effect of aging strengthening after brazing at high temperature,and the strength of the material is further improved with the extension of the parking time after brazing at high temperature.
