摘要
随着新材料技术的发展,人们倾向于在工业领域中更多地采用纤维增强复合材料与金属粘接构件。然而,在使用过程中不可避免地会形成脱粘、分层和空隙等各种损伤现象,这些缺陷积累到一定程度,就会造成构件性能急剧下降,影响工业器件的工作性能。与传统声阻检测技术相比,超声C扫描检测技术具.有更高的检测灵敏度,目前在飞机碳纤维或者玻璃纤维复合材料层压板粘接结构的质量检测中已获得应用超声波C扫描,在无损探伤、复合材料的检查、航天都有着大量应用,本文就该技术在航天领域的应用,分别论述其具体的应用,最后进行总结讨论。
With the development of new materials technology,people tend to use fiber reinforced composites and metal bonding components more in the industrial field.however,various damage phenomena such as debonding,delamination and voids are inevitably formed in the process of use.accumulation of these defects to a certain extent will cause a sharp decline in the performance of the components and affect the working performance of industrial devices.Ultrasonic C scanning technology has higher detection sensitivity than the traditional acoustic resistance detection technology.At present,ultrasonic C scanning has been used in the quality detection of aircraft carbon fiber or glass fiber composite laminate adhesive structure.There are many applications in nondestructive testing,composite material inspection and aerospace.
