This paper describes the function,structure and technical characteristics of the high-pressure thick wall pressure vessel equipment produced by the company,and completes the cold charging process of the lower head and discharge nozzle according to the technical requirements of the equipment.This paper mainly introduces the principle,application scope,characteristics of the cold charging process,the determination of process technical parameters,operation process and other key process contents.Through the completion of the actual cold charging process,it further verifies the standardization,correctness and feasibility of the process,so as to ensure the cold charging quality of the equipment and successfully complete the equipment.
