On setting up a Better Teacher-students Relationship in the Teaching

中国传统文化中 ,健康的师生关系应该是在真理、法律、学术面前人人平等 ,应允许学生相对独立 ,按照他们自己的方法认识事物 ,而教师应对学生有真诚的情感 ,通过建立良好的师生关系 。

Healthy teacher-students relationship must have equal status in law,truth or learning,so,it is right to allow students to be independence,to understand the world as their ways,and teachers should have real feelings to the students.By setting up a good teacher-student relationship,we can improve the teaching quality.
