清心滋肾汤联合辛伐他汀治疗绝经期综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Heart-clearing Kidney-nourishing Decoction Combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的:探讨清心滋肾汤联合辛伐他汀对心肾不交型围绝经期综合征合并脂代谢异常患者临床症状及相关指标的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组给予中药清心滋肾汤联合辛伐他汀治疗。治疗3个月后,观察两组患者临床疗效、潮热主症情况、Kupperman症状积分、性激素水平[雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)]、血脂水平[血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)]及不良反应。结果:临床总有效率及实验室指标总有效率,观察组分别为93.33%(28/30)、96.67%(29/30),对照组分别为0%(0/30)、83.33%(25/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。烘热、出汗次数及程度、Kupperman积分,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。FSH、LH水平,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),E2水平两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TC、LDL-C水平,观察组较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),TG、HDL-C水平两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:清心滋肾汤能明显缓解心肾不交型绝经期综合征合并脂代谢异常患者的临床症状,调节内分泌并改善脂代谢,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction combined with simvastatin in the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MS)of heart kidney disharmony pattern cornplicated with lipid disorder.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases each group.The control group took simvastatin,the observation group heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction and simvastatin.After three months of treatment,to observe clinical effects,main symptoms of hot flashes,Kupperman symptoms integrals,the levels of E2,FSH,LH,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and adverse reaction between both groups.Results:Clinical total effective rate and total effective rate of lab indexes of the observation group were 93.33%(28/30)and 96.67%(29/30),higher than 0%(0/30)and 83.33%(25/30)of the control group respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of hot flashes,sweating times and degrees,and Kupperman integrals(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of FSH and LH(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of E2 between both groups(P>0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C of the observation group reduced more notably compared with these of the control group(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of TG and HDL-C between both groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reaction happen in both groups.Conclusion:Heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction could notably relieve clinical symptoms of the patients suffering MS of heart kidney disharmony pattern complicated with lipid disorders,regulate internal secretion and improve lipid metabolism,and raise quality of life in MS patients.
