铁路多式联运智慧化转型发展对策探析

Strategies for Smart Transformation and Development of Railway Intermodal Transportation

为加速铁路多式联运同智慧经济适应性,助推铁路多式联运内部生产形态向知识经济形态转变,促进铁路多式联运系统智慧性升级,阐述铁路多式联运智慧化转型发展现状,并针对其智慧化转型发展仍处于起步阶段、基础设施设备有待完善、产业协同关系构建有待加强、人才培养模式相对滞后等困难与挑战,提出铁路多式联运智慧化转型发展对策,即:深化多式联运要素主体智慧化转型、构建多式联运智慧物流中心方案、搭建多式联运智慧化产业协同发展、提升多式联运智慧化人才培训质量,进一步夯实铁路高质量发展新的动力。

Railway intermodal transportation should adopt the smart economy so that the internal production system of railway intermodal could migrate to knowledge economy system and the smart transformation could be realized.This paper investigates the status-quo of smart transformation and development of railway intermodal transportation,and analyzes the challenges,for instance,smart transformation is still at its early stage,infrastructure needs to be improved,industry coordination system needs to be enhanced,talent cultivation modes have to be optimized,etc.On this basis,this paper then proposes the strategies for smart transformation and development of railway intermodal transportation,such as deepening the smart transformation of key factors of intermodal transportation,building the architecture of smart intermodal logistics center,promoting the industry coordination system and improving the quality of talent cultivation,so as to lay solid foundation for high-quality development of railway.
