智能化条件下铁路站段管理体系优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国铁路正处于路网规模、体制机制和生产组织等的大变革时期,铁路高质量发展面临着非常有利的条件。为促进铁路站段作业管理质量的提升,通过分析我国铁路站段现有科层制管理体系结构现状,从业务处理中心化、管理跨度难以扩大、智能应用发挥不足和生产管理缺乏统一等方面剖析存在的问题,在智能技术逐渐成熟的背景下,提出智能化条件下铁路站段管理体系优化设计,即:基于去中心化的业务信息流转设计,引入站段生产管理指挥大脑,简化业务管理过程,从而降低站段业务信息流转成本;铁路站段扁平化的管理架构设计,可以减少中间层级管理机构和人员,实现站段管理效率的提升。 China railway sector is experiencing great transformation in terms of its infrastructure scale,system governance and production organization while enjoying very favorable conditions for its highquality development of railway.In order to improve the quality of operation management in railway stations and depots,the author analyzes the current situation of the management system structure of railway stations and depots in China,elaborates the existing problems from the aspects of centralization of business processing,difficulty in expanding management span,lack of intelligent applications and disunity of production management,and then puts forwards the optimal design of railway station and depot management system under intelligent conditions in the context of the gradual maturity of intelligent technologies.It includes the design of business information flow based on decentralization,introduction of command system in production management of stations and depots,simplification of the business management process to reduce the cost of business information flow of stations and depots;besides,structure design of flat management of railway stations and depots can reduce the number of middle level management organizations and personnel to finally realize the improvement of station management efficiency.
