我国重载铁路集疏运优化方案探讨 被引量:3

摘要 重载铁路可以充分发挥铁路在大宗货物运输中的比较优势,是实现交通运输高质量发展的途径,因此应提高重载技术和设施设备水平,优化重载铁路集疏运组织模式。从重载铁路格局调整变化、重载铁路需求集中化程度增加、重载铁路集疏运衔接优化、重载铁路服务质量提高等方面,分析我国重载铁路集疏运现状,提出我国重载铁路集疏运优化方案,即实施重载铁路网络统一管理、实现重载铁路集疏运能力协调、突显重载铁路功能模式特点、提升重载铁路服务质量,以加快实现集疏运环节协调优化。 Heavy-haul transportation can give full play to the comparative advantages of railways in bulk cargo transportation,and it is a way to achieve high-quality development of transportation.It is necessary not only to improve heavy-haul technology and facilities,but also to optimize the heavyhaul transportation collection and distribution organization mode.This paper analyzes the current situation of collection and distribution of heavy-haul railway in China from the aspects of adjustment and optimization of heavy-haul railway pattern,increased demand concentration for heavy-haul railway,optimization of collection and distribution of heavy-haul railway,and elevation of the service quality for heavy-haul railway,then the optimization plans for the collection and distribution of heavy-haul railway are proposed,which includes implementing unified management of heavy-haul railway networks,realizing coordination of heavy-haul railway collection and distribution capabilities,highlighting the characteristics of heavy-haul railway function modes,and improving heavy-haul railway service quality,so as to accelerate the optimization of collection and distribution coordination.
