“双万计划”下以学生为中心的教学范式改革探究 被引量:5

摘要 “双万计划”是实现高等教育内涵式发展的实践路径,教学范式的革新是建设一流本科专业的根本着力点。新形势下,我国本科教育应坚持以学生为中心的理念,使教学范式逐步由“传授范式”向“学习范式”转换。在教学实践中,教师应充分关注学生的学习质量,采取切实可行的路径策略,提升学生的学习参与度,培养学生的自主学习能力。大学应从全局出发,将促进学生自主学习放在首位,优化教学生态系统,关注教师专业发展,创造并提供学习中心的软硬件环境,提升人才培养质量。 The Double-Ten-Thousand Plan is a practical path to achieve the connotative development of higher education in China.The innovation of teaching paradigm is the main focus on first-class undergraduate construction.Under the new circumstance,China's undergraduate education should adhere to the student-centered education and make a gradual shift from instruction paradigm to learning paradigm.Teachers are required to focus on the learning quality of the students in teaching practice and adopt feasible strategies to enhance student's participation in learning and self-regulated learning ability.On the other hand,universities are expected to prioritize the promotion of student's self-regulated learning,optimize the teaching ecosystem and concern the faculty's professional development in creating and providing learning environment for students as a whole,which can help improve the quality of talent cultivation.
