摘要
针对智能化选煤厂建设中,现有生产系统的数据采集、存储和共享等问题,介绍了选煤生产过程标准数据平台(Coal Preparation Standard Data Platform,简称CPSDP)建设及涉及的关键技术,具体包括生产集中控制系统PLC数据的实时采集和存储于关系数据库中的离散数据采集,阐述了两种不同采集方式的数据存储规则,并通过WEB API通用接口共享给不同的智能化建设的软件需求方。选煤生产过程标准数据平台的建设,将为选煤科研人员和生产管理工作者提供海量的基础数据,为后续选煤信息的大数据平台建立和选煤过程的智能化提供服务和数据支撑。
With the rise of intelligent coal preparation plant construction,how to collect,store and share the data of the existing production system has become the primary problem to be solved.In this paper,the construction of standard data platform for coal preparation production process(CPSDP) and its key technologies are introduced,including real-time collection of PLC data in the production centralized control system and discrete data collection in related database,the storage rules of data in the above two collection methods are explained,and the data can be shared to software demanders of intelligent construction through web API general interface.The construction of standard data platform for coal preparation production process will provide massive basic data of coal preparation standard for scientific researchers and production managers of coal preparation plant,and provide services and data support for the big data platform of coal preparation and the intellectualization of coal preparation process.
