排水泵房智能巡检与诊断机器人的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 大柳塔煤矿5-2煤五盘区排水泵房已完全实现自动化控制,但在日常运行过程中,由于排水系统中电动阀故障率较高,启动离心泵时,往往需要人员在现场观察流量、正负压仪表数据,及各类球阀、闸阀的开停状态,判断离心泵抽水是否正常。其次,还需要人员对泵房电机、缆线和泵体进行日常震动、温度、声音异常等点检,对泵房环境气体进行日常监测和巡查,造成人员投入大、工作效率低下等问题。为此,大柳塔煤矿在五盘区排水泵房引进轮式智能巡检机器人代替人工巡检,实现对泵房电机、电缆、轴承和泵体的温度检测,各类仪器仪表数值的自主识别,及离心泵异常声音诊断等功能,取得了良好的应用效果。 The drainage pump house in No.5 panel of 5-2 coal seam in Daliuta Coal Mine is fully automated,but in daily operation,the failure rate of the electric valve in the drainage system is high,when starting the centrifugal pump,people are often required to observe the flow rate,positive and negative pressure meter data on the spot,and all kinds of ball valve,gate valve open and shut state,determine whether the centrifugal pump pumping is normal;besides,manual labor is needed for the inspection of pump room motor,cable and pump body daily vibration,temperature,abnormal sound spot,the pump room daily gas monitoring and inspection,resulting in large staff input,low efficiency and other issues.Therefore,the wheeled intelligent inspection robot is introduced in Daliuta Coal Mine to replace the manual inspection in the drainage pump room,which can realize the temperature inspection of the motor,cable,bearing and pump body of the pump room,the independent recognition of the values of various instruments and meters,and the centrifugal pump abnormal sound diagnosis and other functions.Application effect of the robot is favorable.
