高校开展社区教育的困境及出路研究

社区教育属于继续教育的一个分支,它大力推进了终身教育实践活动的开展,丰富了终身教育的内涵。高校开展社区教育,具有环境、政策、路径的可行性,能够在多方面发挥重要的作用,但也面临一定的困境。关键要在制度建设、章程制定、资源统合、师资培育、课程开发、送教社区、项目建设、宣传推广等方面探寻出路。

Community education is a branch of continuing education, which promotes the practice of lifelong education and enriches the connotation of lifelong education. The development of community education in colleges and universities has the feasibility of environment, policy and path, and can play an important role in many aspects. However, there are certain difficulties. The key is to explore the way out in system construction, constitution making, resource integration, teacher cultivation, curriculum development, teaching in the community, project construction and publicity and promotion.
