职业化进程中农民职业教育与培训研究回顾、热点与趋势

Review,Hot Spots and Trend of Research on Farmers’Vocational Education and Training in the Process of Professionalization

作为承载农村农业发展人力资源基石的广大农民经历了"身份农民—职业农民—新型职业农民"的职业化发展进程。长期以来,农民职业教育与培训都是社会关注的热点,促进农民职业化发展是农业现代化发展的关键。以CNKI数据库中自1993年至今的职业农民职业教育与培训相关的868篇核心期刊论文作为研究样本,利用CiteSpace文献分析工具进行关键词聚类和时区图谱分析,研究该领域研究的演化路径,并利用burst term(突变词)算法来有效探索该领域的研究前沿及其未来研究趋势。

As the cornerstone of human resources to carry the development of rural agriculture, the vast farmers have experienced the process of vocational development of "identity farmers-vocational farmers-new vocational farmers". For a long time, farmers’ vocational education and training have been hot spots in the society, and promoting farmers’ vocational development is the key to the development of agricultural modernization. Through the research samples of 868 core journal papers related to vocational education and training of vocational farmers from 1993 to present in the CNKI database, using CiteSpace literature analysis tools to carry out keyword clustering and time zone map analysis, this paper studies the evolution path of research in this field, and uses burst term algorithms to effectively explore the research frontier and its future research trend in this field.
