摘要
教师的多元文化素养决定了未来学生能否融入多元世界,参与多元社会的事务。作为多元文化教师,如何帮助学生获得成为民主社会有效参与者所需要的教育理念、教育知识和教育技巧。文章对当前多元文化教师培养存在的问题进行了总结,对新时代对多元文化教师培养诉求进行了阐述。并探讨了多元文化教师培养的策略。
Teachers’multicultural qualities determine whether future children can integrate into a diverse world and participate in the affairs of a diverse society.As a multicultural teacher,how to help students acquire the educational ideas,educational knowledge and educational skills.This article summarizes the current problems of multicultural teacher training,and expounds the multicultural teacher training demands in the new era.On this basis,the strategy of multicultural teacher training is discussed.That is,the cultivation of multicultural ideas,the enrichment of multicultural knowledge,and the improvement of multicultural skills.
