“双创”背景下经管类经济法课程改革研究

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Economic Law in Economics and Management under the Background of"Double Creation"

创新创业背景下,法律教育不可或缺。但在“双创”法律教育不足的形势下,需要通过经济法课程教学予以弥补。现阶段经济法课程教学中,无论在教学目标设置、教学内容编排、教学方法使用、教学时数安排和教师创新创业能力等面都存在一些问题。破解该困境的措施有:以创新创业教育为指导,重新定位经济法课程教学目标,以创新创业为主线,优化整合经济法教学内容,以经济法课程为基础提供多样化线上线下“双创”法律教育资源,利用校内外实习见习基地,打造能够胜任“经济法”课程教学与“双创”教育的“双师型”师资队伍。

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,legal education is indispensable.However,under the situation of insufficient legal education of"double innovation",it needs to be made up through the teaching of"Economic Law".In order to realize the goal of training applied talents,all major universities attach great importance to legal education.At present,there are some problems in the teaching of economic law course,especially in the setting of teaching objectives,the arrangement of teaching contents,the use of teaching methods,the arrangement of teaching hours and the ability of teachers to innovate and start businesses.Measures to solve this dilemma include:Guided by innovation and entrepreneurship education,defining the teaching objectives of the course of"Economic Law",taking innovation and entrepreneurship as the main line,optimizing and integrating the teaching contents of"Economic Law",providing diversified online and offline"double-creation"legal education resources based on the course of"Economic Law",and making use of internship bases inside and outside the school to build a"double-qualification"teaching team capable of teaching and"double-creation"education of"Economic Law".
