摘要
为了满足郫县豆瓣日益增长的需求,提升产量和改良生产流程,根据郫县豆瓣的发酵机理设计了太阳能恒温控制系统,并结合热传导和热辐射原理,建立了复杂环境下郫县豆瓣的恒温发酵数学模型,为自动化生产提供科学的依据。最后,对该系统的性能进行了分析。
In order to meet the growing demand of Pixian Douban,it is necessary to increase production and improve production processes,a solar constant temperature control system was designed according to the fermentation mechanism of Pixian Douban,and combined with the principles of heat conduction and heat radiation,a mathematical model for the constant temperature fermentation of Pixian Douban in complex environment was established,which can provide some scientific evidence for automatic production.Finally,the performance of the system was analyzed.
