摘要
在隧道工程施工中,经常发生支护变形过大的问题,极易引发侵限或者初期支护能力不足等问题,需要进行科学合理的换拱处理。基于此,结合工程实例,从围岩变形过程入手,对换拱施工技术的应用要点进行分析,提出换拱施工的几点体会,有效解决了隧道施工初支侵限,确保了隧道施工质量。以期对类似工程施工提供一定参考和帮助。
In the construction of tunnel engineering,the problem of excessive deformation of support often occurs,which can easily lead to the problems such as limit invasion or insufficient support capacity at the initial stage,and scientific and reasonable arch changing treatment is required.Based on this,combined with engineering examples,starting from the deformation process of surrounding rock,the key points of the application of the arch changing construction technology were analyzed,and some experiences of the arch changing construction were put forward,which can effectively solve the invasion limit of initial support in tunnel construction and ensure the construction quality of the tunnel.The above-mentioned research is expected to provide certain reference and help for the construction of similar projects.
