媒体融合语境下应用型本科高校传媒实验资源的整合与利用

Integration and Utilization of Media Experiment Resources in Applied Undergraduate Universities in the Context of Media Convergence

媒介融合对高校传媒教育提出了新的挑战,高校作为往传媒业界输送人才的源头,应与所有媒体人一起努力,积极响应国家政策号召,担负起媒体融合的主体作用,以期推动传媒教育的发展,为传媒业纵深发展奠定坚实的人才基础。在媒介融合的时代背景下,也迫切需要高校对传媒人才的培养模式进行改革。以目前传媒业界对传媒人才的要求为出发点,主要从高校整合传媒实验资源的途径分析,即加强实验室硬件环境资源的整合,多角度整合师资资源,不断推动技术应用的整合,充分整合校内外实验资源,推动产学研校企合作助力教师教科研成果转化,同时结合传媒实验资源的整合对学校实验教学的开展提出建议。

Media integration brings new challenges to media education in colleges and universities.As the source of talents to the media industry,colleges and universities should work together with all media professionals,actively respond to the call of national policies,and assume the main role of media integration,so as to promote the development of media education and lay a solid talent foundation for the in-depth development of the media industry.Under the background of media integration,colleges and universities are also urgently required to reform the training model of media talents.Based on the current requirements of the media industry for media talents,the ways of integrating media experimental resources in colleges and universities were analyzed,that is,strengthing the integration of laboratory hardware environment resources,integrating faculty resources from multiple angles,continuously promoting the integration of technology applications,and fully integrating the experimental resources inside and outside the school,promoting the industry-university-research and school-enterprise cooperation to help teachers transform their teaching and scientific research results.Finally,combined with the integration of media experimental resources,suggestions were made for the development of school experimental teaching.
