摘要
不锈钢钢带一段时间里持续产生线性鳞状缺陷,通过对鳞状物进行成分分析,其主要成分为硅铝钙镁的氧化物为主,结合缺陷形态呈断续线性,从生产过程可能产生的环节分析,推断是夹杂物造成,且为钢水生产过程生成的夹杂物。针对钢水生产实际工艺控制情况,提出解决的控制措施。
The stainless steel strip continuously emerged linear scale defects for a period of time.By analyzing the composition of scales,the main composition is silicon aluminum calcium magnesium oxide.Combined with the defect morphology of intermittent linear,from the analysis of the possible links in the production process,it is inferred that it is caused by inclusions,which are generated in the production process of the molten steel.According to the actual production process control of molten steel,the control measures are put forward.
