摘要
就不锈钢热轧生产过程中氧化铁皮缺陷产生的机理进行分析;根据产生区域不同热轧氧化铁皮可分为加热炉生经高压水除鳞后未除干净的一次氧化铁皮,粗轧过程及精轧前产生的二次氧化铁皮,精轧过程产生的三次氧化铁皮;分析各类氧化铁皮产生原因,并结合某厂生产实际情况,提出预防和减少氧化皮缺陷的措施,使氧化铁皮缺陷平均降级率从措施实施前的0.31%下降到实施后的0.15%。
The mechanism of iron scale defects in stainless steel hot rolling production was analyzed.According to the different production areas,the hot-rolled iron scales can be divided into the primary iron scales produced by the heating furnace after descaling with high pressure water,the secondary iron scales produced during rough rolling and before finishing rolling,and the tertiary iron scales produced during finishing rolling.Based on the analysis of the causes for forming various kinds of iron scales and the actual production situation of the factory,the measures to prevent and reduce the defects of iron scales were put forward,and the average degradation rate of iron scales was reduced from 0.31%before the implementation of the measures to 0.15%after the implementation.
