摘要
为了稳定连轧作业区H13系列热作模具圆钢探伤质量,满足用户对显微组织、冲击和探伤等综合性能的特殊需求(组织AS1-AS5,横向7×10×55mm无缺口冲击值≥360J,探伤标准GB/T4162-2008 A级),对热作模具钢热轧材H13进行了不同的加热温度和加热时间的试验以确定最佳的轧制工艺。结果表明H13的综合性能与加热时间和温度很大的关系。1200-1220℃加热轧制工艺为优化工艺,钢材的力学性能良好,硬度均匀,金相组织也合格,探伤能达到A级要求,完全满足用户标准要求。
to stabilize the qualities of the continuous rolled H13 bars and to meet the special properties’re⁃quirements of the microscopy,impact and ultrasonic tests,the different heating temperatures and times for the H13 steel was explored to select the best rolling process.the results shows that the properties are related with the heating temperatures and times.the optimized heating process is at the range of 12001220℃,with the condition,the steel’s mechanical properties is good with the even hardness,the qualified microscopy,Class A UT passed.the user’s require⁃ments are satisfied.
