摘要
通过对250*280矩形坯35MnB结晶器冷却及二次冷却制度的优化,铸坯皮下裂纹最大评级3级降低至0.5级,皮下裂纹缺陷发生比例由原20%降低至0.5%。铸坯内部质量得到明显提升,轧材塔形发纹缺陷得到明显改善。
by optimizing the cooling and secondary cooling system of mould for 250*280 rectangular billet of 35MnB steel,the maximum rating of subcutaneous crack of the billet is reduced from grade 3 to grade 0.5,and the proportion of subcutaneous crack defects is reduced from 20%to 0.5%.The internal quality of the slab is obviously improved,and the tower shaped hairline defect is obviously improved.
