摘要
介绍某不锈钢热轧生产线为控制不锈钢卷的裂纹缺陷,采用层流控冷技术降低不锈钢卷曲温度,减少钢卷中含铬碳化物析出,防范不锈钢晶界腐蚀,对层流冷却装置的关键工艺参数进行理论计算,对各冷却段集管、侧喷装置及供水设施进行工艺设备配置。
In order to control the crack defect of stainless steel coil in a stainless steel hot rolling production line,laminar flow control cooling technology was adopted to reduce the stainless steel coil coiling temperature,re⁃duce the precipitation of chromium carbide in the coil,and prevent the corrosion of stainless steel grain boundary.The key process parameters of laminar flow cooling device were calculated theoretically,and the process equipment configuration of header,side spray device and water supply facilities in each cooling section was carried out.
