A Study on the‘Internet+’Connection Mechanism of Global Value Chain:The Evolution of the Situation and the Leap of Position

"互联网+"引致全球价值链分工格局从"垂直专业化"向"网状连接"演进,地理空间非邻近的价值模块可形成基于平台空间的价值关联。从连接内涵、连接媒介、连接模式、位势跃升四个维度探究发现:互联网平台作为连接媒介,能突破时空界限实现各"地点"要素间的调整配置,取代传统模块化分工系统中"舵手"角色。连接模式分为梯度连接与互补连接两种,梯度连接基于模块分解、功能匹配、技术集成机制能形成"对外借智"的升级发展效应,互补连接基于信息逆向反馈、流程去中间化机制能形成"对外借市"的空间拓展效应。基于价值模块属性与企业区域归属二维视角,连接能力可分为低端、空心、高端、主导四个级层,实现位势跃升的关键在于从低端、空心连接态势向高端、主导连接态势转变。

’Internet+’has led to the evolution of the division of labor in the global value chain from‘vertical specialization’to‘mesh connection’,and non-adjacent value modules in geographic space can form value associations based on platform space.From the four dimensions of connection connotation,connection medium,connection mode,and potential jump,it is found that:as a connecting medium,the Internet platform can break through the boundaries of time and space to realize the adjustment and configuration of various‘location’elements,replacing the‘helmsman’role in the traditional modular division of labor system.The connection mode is divided into two types:gradient connection and complementary connection.The gradient connection based on module decomposition,function matching,and technology integration mechanism can form an upgrade development effect of‘borrowing intelligence’.Complementary connection can be formed based on information reverse feedback and process de-intermediation mechanism.The spatial expansion effect of‘borrowing markets’.Based on the two-dimensional perspective of value module attributes and corporate regional ownership,connection capabilities can be divided into four levels:low-end,hollow,high-end,and dominant.The key to achieving a potential jump lies in the transition from a low-end,hollow connection situation to a high-end,dominant connection situation.
