数字化时代开放大学转型发展初探

On the Transformational Development of Open University in the Digital Era

大数据分析、人工智能、物联网、区块链、云计算等技术快速发展,正深刻地改变着传统的教育教学方式。《国家开放大学综合改革方案》为开放大学的转型发展提出了明确的路线图,开放大学应以现代化为新理念,以数字化、智能化、终身化作为转型发展目标,建立开放大学数字化生态系统,推动开放教育方式的“数字化”转型,使数字开放教育成为开放大学服务全民终身学习的新模式。

The rapid development of big data analysis,artificial intelligence,Internet of things,block chain,cloud computing and other technologies is profoundly changing the traditional method of education and teaching.The Comprehensive Reform Plan of National Open Universities provides a clear roadmap for the transformational development of open universities.Open universities should take modernization as the new idea,digitization,intellectualization and lifelong practice as the transformational development goal,establish the digital ecosystem of open university,and promote the“digital”transformation of open education mode,so as to make the digital open education a new mode for open universities to serve the lifelong learning of the whole people.
