National open university learning network is an important platform for open universities to deepen teaching reform and optimize teaching organizational behavior.It is also the important carrier and basic guarantee for standardizing teaching behavior,improving teaching quality and carrying out teaching activities of open universities.With the deepening of open education reform,learners,teachers and teaching administrators have more and more diversified demands for the functions of the national open university learning network.This requires constantly upgrading the functions of the learning network,improving its technical management system,continuously strengthening the training of its use,and providing good support services in teaching and learning,so as to promote and ensure the implementation of open university teaching activities,and to better play the important supporting role of the national open university learning network in distance education and teaching.
