摘要
蜂蜜中的多酚类物质可能是其发挥功能活性的原因之一,多酚类成分根据蜜源植物不同存在一定的差异,目前荆条蜜中的多酚类成分还未完全明析.本研究通过高效液相色谱(HPLC-PDA)、高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS),鉴定出荆条蜜中独有的特征性成分为3-O-α-7-O-β-二葡萄糖花旗松素苷,将其命名为荆条素(Vitexin).通过中药色谱指纹图谱软件建立的荆条蜜指纹图谱与标准指纹图谱之间有较高的相似度,原料荆条蜜整体具有一致性.这些发现为荆条蜜的溯源及功能活性研究提供了理论支持.
The polyphenols in honey may be related to its functional activity.The polyphenols are different depending on different nectar source of plants.At present,the polyphenols in vitex honey are not fully analyzed.In this study,through High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC-PDA)and High Performance Liquid Chromatographytandem Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),the unique characteristic component of vitex honey was identified as 7-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl-dihydroquercetin-3-O-α-D-glucopyranoside,named as Vitexin.There is a high degree of similarity between vitex honey's fingerprint profile and standard fingerprint profile established by the Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprinting software.These findings provide a theoretical basis for tracing the nectar source of plants and researching its functional activity in vitex honey.
